CAN WE EASE YOUR MIND A BIT?

STOP 'SHOULDING' ON YOURSELF, PLEASE!

Many people feel they should know how to ‘do fitness’ on their own. Or they shouldn’t have to invest so much in their health and fitness. Or they should have more motivation before they start. Many people feel there is no difference between “Gym A” and “Gym B”. Or should wait until the ‘right time’ because they’re too anxious, broken, busy, or unfit to conveniently get help.


You can imagine due to these self-limiting beliefs and unhelpful thoughts, many people also DO NOT enjoy consistent results like we do at Fukumoto Fitness!

What’s the helpful truth?

We understand your life can be chaotic and want to let you know you aren’t expected to know how to be consistent just because you have exercised before or have some weights in the basement! You deserve to invest in yourself and when you do you are more likely to take your commitment more seriously, leading to reasonable results. You don’t need motivation or ‘amazing feelings’ to take action. 
Your success lies in doing the right thing even when you don’t feel like it and we support you through that!

 

Just like there is a difference between getting a salad at a convenience store and eating a salad from a fresh local garden, there are major differences between our fitness community (both in Winnipeg and online) and what’s going on ‘down the street’. (None are right or wrong but there are big differences you need to be aware of!). This is your health and your life here. Is there anything more important?
