Join us for our Annual Charity Workout - Oct. 31, 10-11am

This is an annual event that raises money for A.D.A.M (Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba). The event registration is free, however we do highly encourage a minimum donation of $25 which is sent directly to A.D.A.M.
