Every month there will be specialty classes which will come in the form of:
1). Drop-in Bootcamps (i.e. Cardio Concoction or Beach Body Pump Workouts)
and/or
2). Wellness Workshops (i.e. Smoothies 101 or Resistance Band Training Basics)
These will be open to the public for a drop-in fee. Members will have first crack at the roster but we welcome any new people to come check out the fun!
