Below is our 2011/2012 calendar for our fitness training programs. Our fitness membership program mainly operates on a 4-weeks on, 1-week off (recovery week) training schedule that gives us 40 weeks of annual training.  This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention.

Remember, Fukumoto Fitness is a monthly membership-based program even during recovery weeks. Just because we don’t always meet, it does not mean you are not a member. If you are sick or travelling (work or pleasure), your membership is still due on the same day each month.  For example, if you started your very first day of bootcamp on September 12, your next payment would be October 12 etc.

2011

Phase #1 – September 12 to October 7

  • Grocery Store Tour: Saturday September 17, 10 am

Phase #2 – October 17 to November 11

  • Grocery Store Tour: Saturday October 29, 10 am

Phase #3 – November 21 to December 16

  • Grocery Store Tour: Saturday November 26, 10 am

2012

Phase # 1 – January 2 to January 27

Phase #2 – February 6 to March 2

Phase #3 – March 12 to April 6

  • Grocery Store Tour: March 17, 930am

Phase #4 – April 16 to May 11

  • Grocery Store Tour: April 21, 930am

Phase #5 – May 21 to June 15

  • Grocery Store Tour: May 26, 930am

Phase #6 – June 25 to July 20

  • Grocery Store Tour: TBD

Phase #7 – July 30 to August 24 

  • Grocery Store Tour:  Date TBD

Phase #8 – September 10 to October 5

  • Grocery Store Tour: September 15, 930am

Phase  #9 – October 15 to November 9
